Red Flag is a point-and-click adventure game and a metaphor for going through loss and grief, specifically from trauma. The demo encompasses the beginning, a place of hope and a sense of adventure. The rest of the game will explore the site of loss and the resulting stages of grief.
After ten years of attempting to overcome traumatic events, I finally gave in and asked others for help. Now finally able to cope, I decided to make a video game that will tell my story and hopefully reach out to others – to tell them they are not alone, and that there is hope.
I will update periodically with screenshots and information on the development process in the game blog (along with some personal posts).
